Why I back Cheers Dream

The DREAM offers clinical teams a promising surrogate metric for whether their patients are consistently on the right track for recovery. DRinking, EAting and Mobilising within 24 hours are the sort of tangible metrics that can form the rallying point for changes in behaviour within multi-disiplinary teams.
