GIFTSUP
British Consensus Guidelines on Intravenous Fluid Therapy for Adult Surgical Patients (GIFTSUP) are guidelines for good peri-operative fluid prescription that were established by the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland,SARS, BAPEN Medical, the Intensive Care Society, the Association for Clinical Biochemistry and the Renal Association who worked as nominated core members of a steering
committee.
